How do I sign in to Ledger Live?
Open the Ledger Live app you downloaded from Ledger’s official website, then follow its on-screen setup. Ledger Live does not ask you to type your 24-word recovery phrase into a website or support chat.
Do I need an online account password?
Ledger Live is designed to work with your Ledger device. You may set an optional password to lock the desktop app locally; it is not a substitute for your device PIN or recovery phrase.
Why can’t Ledger Live find my device?
Unlock your Ledger device with its PIN, connect it with a data-capable USB cable, and open the relevant app on the device if prompted. Try another port or cable and update Ledger Live only through official channels.
